If you are not happy (the so called Returns and Refunds)
Believing this will not be an occurring experience, we still, pleasantly, present the solution: if you are dissatisfied or not completely satisfied with our products, Quadrifoliae will refund you within 14 days as long as the articles have not been used and are kept in its original conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns if these requirements are not met.
To return an item, you must contact us via email: email@example.com
Once the order has been returned, verified, and approved, the amount will be refunded within 14 working days, through the agreed payment method.
Return of defective products
If, at the time of delivery, the user believes that the product received is not in accordance with the Contract, he must contact Quadrifoliae via email firstname.lastname@example.org providing information about the status of the product and its defects, after which the user should wait for further instructions from Quadrifoliae’s team. Quadrifoliae will inspect the returned products and inform the user of the right to a replacement or refund (if applicable) by email within a reasonable period.
The analysis of the defective product and the corresponding return (if applicable) must take place as soon as possible, within the legally established period of 30 days.
Products returned by users for defects (if confirmed) are refunded for the full amount paid, including shipping and return charges. The refund of any amount paid is always done through the same method of purchase of the product. These provisions do not affect any of the user's rights under the law.
